Week 1 vs Month 1, A Pristine Customer's Post-Install Retest Story

Every Pristine install includes a retest 2 to 4 weeks later. Here's what the before-and-after numbers show: hardness, chlorine, and TDS from the same tap, side by side.

When I install a system, I come back in 2 to 4 weeks to retest. That retest is where the before-and-after story becomes real for customers.

What the retest shows

The install-day printout shows your pre-system numbers: hardness, chlorine residual, TDS. The 2 to 4 week retest shows your post-system numbers from the same tap. Side by side, you can see whether the conditioning media is doing what it should.

Individual results vary. Your system's performance depends on your incoming water chemistry, your plumbing, and your usage patterns. That's the honest disclosure under 16 CFR 255. (Individual experience; results may not be typical.)

The retest conversation

Most customers notice the aesthetic differences in the first week: soap lathers differently, showerhead buildup slows, dishes come out without spots. The retest at 2 to 4 weeks confirms the numbers behind those impressions.

Why the retest ritual matters for referrals

The retest is a natural positive-outcome moment. If the numbers look good and you're happy with the change, that's when I'll ask: do you know a neighbor who's still buying bottled water or dealing with spotty dishes? I'll test their water the same way I tested yours.
