Why do we run the partner channel separately from cold marketing?
A warm referral is a different conversation. The partner has already vouched for us. Our job is to honor that vouch, close fast, keep the customer glad they trusted the recommendation, and reciprocate when the situation allows. Cold-traffic copy would insult all four of those goals. Each partner page below is built for a single channel, a single handoff, and a single close.

A free pre-listing water test for your seller (or a pre-close test for your buyer), plus a co-branded report you can attach to the listing or hand to the client. Referral credit tracked per close.
Builders
Pre-drywall install slot for Puronics whole-home systems in Nexton, Cane Bay, Carnes, Foxbank, Cypress Preserve, Carolina Groves. Volume pricing, marketing-center spec sheet, and one-point coordination with the general.
BNI & business networks
We reciprocate every lead. When a water-test customer needs a plumber, electrician, HVAC tech, or flooring crew, our first question back is always whether a BNI member in that trade should take the call.
Existing customers
