Foxbank Plantation is an 800-acre master-planned community in Moncks Corner, Berkeley County, built primarily by Crescent Homes, with its own 18,000 square foot commercial space at the neighbourhood entrance. Foxbank is a smaller and more contained community than Nexton or Cane Bay, and the housing stock is correspondingly more consistent from street to street.
Foxbank Plantation sits north of Summerville proper, closer to Moncks Corner. The treated water still originates at the Santee Cooper plant on Lake Moultrie, the same plant that supplies Summerville CPW and the City of Goose Creek, which is why the published hardness and PFAS figures match across all of them. What differs between these communities is distance through the mains, not the chemistry leaving the plant.
